By accessing or using the Homebrew Framework, website, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by EHA TECH LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Homebrew Framework provides:

• An Android development framework with UI components and tools
• Documentation and technical resources
• Developer support services
• Premium features and components (for paid tiers)
• Community forums and resources

3. Account Registration

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Paid plans (Professional, Enterprise) are billed according to the selected billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. License Grant

5.1 Framework License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use the Homebrew Framework to develop applications
• Distribute applications built with the framework
• Access documentation and resources

5.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, or redistribute the framework itself
• Modify or create derivative works of the framework source code
• Reverse engineer or decompile the framework
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

6. Acceptable Use

• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EHA TECH LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Applications or content you create using the framework

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct we believe is harmful to other users or our business
• Extended periods of inactivity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
